You may hear a “Your phone number cannot be recognized” error message when the Voxofon app is unable to detect your mobile phone number.
Make sure that your caller ID is set to "show" on your phone.
Please check that your number is registered correctly in the Voxofon app:
- Open the Voxofon app, tap “Menu” button and select “Settings”
- Go to “Account” tab, select “Device” tab from there, select “Settings” and click “This mobile number” field
- Make sure your mobile number is entered correctly under “This Mobile Number.” The number must include country code.
- Close the Voxofon app
