Users will hear a “Your phone number cannot be recognized” error message when the Voxofon app is unable to detect your mobile phone number.
First, make sure that your Caller ID is not hidden on your phone or your carrier has not blocked your caller ID.
Also, check that your correct phone number is registered in the Voxofon app:
- Open the Voxofon app
- Select “Account” at the bottom of the screen
- Make sure that your phone number (including country code) is listed correctly under "This Mobile Number.”
