This means that our system did not recognize your Caller ID. Make sure that your Caller ID is not hidden on your phone.
Also check that the Voxofon app has your correct phone number registered:
- Open the Voxofon app
- Press “Menu”, select “Options”
- Make sure that your phone number is listed under "This Mobile". The phone number must be in international format and include the country code.
- Close the Voxofon app
