There can be few reasons why your messages are not being delivered:
- If recipient phone number is in roaming then messages delivery cannot be ensured.
- Check if destination number that you are sending text messages is available.
- If none of following reasons are is the case, please contact Voxofon support, provide destination number and we'll investigate the problem with our providers.
Please consider that if message fails to be sent then X mark will appear next to sent message.
