If your numbers aren’t displaying on your recipients’ Caller IDs, first make sure you have enabled Caller ID on your account.
To check or change your Caller ID settings, log in into your account at Voxofon.com and click “My Account” in the top right corner. Under “Outbound Call Settings” (on the right side of the screen), select the Caller ID mode.
Still isn’t showing up? In some cases your service provider might hide your caller ID even if you enable it. You can check this by making a call to any phone where you can see your caller ID displayed. If the problem persists, check with your service provider.
